Yes, it's not recommended for those with pacemakers, heart disease, or during pregnancy. Avoid inflamed areas if you have conditions like rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis. Also, avoid Ethanol Acid and AHA when using the device or if pregnant.
We recommend using the device 2-3 times a week, and not exceeding 10 minutes per use. Overuse may lead to excessive stimulation of the skin.
Our device uses a neon and argon gas mixture. The electrodes produce an orange or purple/blue glow. The orange glow stimulates circulation and collagen while the purple/blue glow reduces acne bacteria and inflammation. Recent research shows both methods are effective for skin care.
Our upgraded Spoon Tube attachment uses a 90% argon and 10% neon gas blend. The oscillating current stimulates blood flow and oxygen delivery around the eyes, lightening darkened eye circle tissues. Shipping Questions
The Arriving Time = Processing Time + Shipping timeAfter the payment is received, Order arriving time needs 6-15 Business Day. Email will be sent to you if any update of your order and require your timely reply. So pls make sure the email address you provide when placing the order is effective.
Please note that after you paid , the order will go through the following two stages:
● Order Processing (1-3 Working Days )
● Third-party Express Shipping (3-12 Working Days )
○ Free Shipping(7-12Days)
○ Standard Shipping(7-12Days)
○ Expedited Express DHL (3-7Days)
Noted: During the peak season demand, air freight demand surges,all parcel need to wait for the available flight
The Final delivery time depends on the Customs clearance speed in your local.
Sometimes it takes some time to update the information.
When your order has been taken by shipping agent.
All packages need to go through a strict quality control and disinfection process before shipment to ensure customers' safety, which may cause a slight shipping delay.
If the parcel is in transit or under clearing customs, The information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station.
Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time.
We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to contact us to ask for help.
Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and delivery time .Once the order is shipped out we will email you the tracking number and shipping info .Pls track the parcel online by that information provided .If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order.please email us support@profacialwand.com for further help.
Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:
The shipment method you choose (we offer Expedited Shipping); The destination country that the package ships to; The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.
Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart, and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.
Order Questions
It is only possible to make a change to your order within 24 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately email us at support@profacialwand.com (within the 24 hours ) with your change/cancellation request details included.
Option1: Once your order has been sent out on the road,we'll email you your tracking information. So keeping your eye on your inbox.

Refunds & Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without a prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Support Team first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

Please note the following product return requirements: All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product to the address below;
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories and embellishments fully intact;Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, DIY supplies, custom dress, beauty, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
